By booking any service, workshop, or consultation with Annabelle Fern Praznik, MFA, you agree to the following:

Services & Deliverables

• Service descriptions, timelines, and deliverables are outlined on the services page at the time of booking.

• I reserve the right to decline a booking if the project is not a good fit.

Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• For workshops: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund; within 7 days, a credit toward a future workshop will be issued.

• For editorial services: Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary materials and information by agreed deadlines.

• Respect agreed timelines for communication and project completion.

Intellectual Property

• All workshop materials, written content, and editorial feedback remain my intellectual property. You may not reproduce or share them without permission.
