Overview
Each session is a quiet service for the imagination—a guided workshop rooted in pause, presence, and creative witnessing.
In this workshop, you’ll reimagine the story of the “I”—your lived experience, your voice, your point of view—through fresh language and form. We’ll work with prompts that invite reflection and discovery, exploring ways to express truth beyond the limits of linear narrative. No prior workshop or academic experience is required. Whether you write for personal healing, artistic craft, or both, you’ll find a supportive space to create.
What We’ll Do Together
Welcome – We’ll begin with a brief moment to arrive together in quiet focus.
Guided Prompts – Thoughtfully designed writing prompts to help you see your story in new ways.
Writing Time – 45 minutes of uninterrupted space to write.
Optional Share-Back – For those who wish, an opportunity to read aloud and listen to others’ work.
Reflection – A few moments to gather what emerged before we part.
You are welcome here whether you’re brand new to writing or have been doing it for years. While many participants write from experiences of change, challenge, or transformation, you do not need to have lived through trauma to take part.
